When the tiled kitchen floor at Greek hotel Amanzoe became slippery and unsafe, management needed an effective solution that didn’t involve replacing the entire floor.
The problem
Each day, hundreds of people are served from the busy kitchen and bar spaces at Amanzoe, a luxury resort and hotel on the southern coast of Greece. When hotel management realized staff were being slowed down by the tiled floor, which became incredibly slippery when wet, they sought an effective solution that didn’t involve ripping up the existing floor. The solution
